We have outlined the details of the budget at https://grasswiki.osgeo.org/wiki/GRASS_GIS_Budget_2019 Most importantly, we want to redesign the Web site from scratch as the current CMSMS is without responsive design and hard to maintain. After initial attempts with Wordpress (thanks, Regina!) we consider a static website design with a git-flavored management. Then finally more contributors could help to maintain it in the years to come. We also plan to carry out a fundraising campaign in 2019 to better fund the project and especially the website redesign. This is in discussion in the GRASS PSC. We quite hope that the OSGeo board is willing support our plans!
