PSC,This is probably not a question that the CRO has to resolve, but I ask anyway. I am now realizing that there is a non-negligible probability that two or more individuals may receive the same number of votes. This is not a problem in general except for those sharing the ninth place. Is there any policy in place to decide this eventual case?
