Hi, you have to have login to GRASS Wiki (if you are refering to [1]. Then you can upload screenshots.
If you want to add screenshot to GRASS Web Page [2], you need to have access to SVN, which should be no problem. If you are developer, you already have one, If not, you can get webpages-only access to do it. However, Hamish did little reorganization of the screenshots page, maybe better write him directly.
