Due to popular demand (that's you and Markus Neteler) there's now a howto about NVIZ & anaglyphs in the Wiki: http://grass.gdf-hannover.de/wiki/Stereo_anaglyphs#Step_by_step If I understand correctly, Paraview is capable to render anaglyphs on the fly (use [v|r|r3].out.vtk to export GRASS data to use with Paraview).
