It could be better to build those lists from $GISBASE/etc/ogr_csv/ files,
as that is what 'g.proj -c' actually uses.
AFAIK the EPSG files in /usr/share/proj/ are just "decoration" as far as
GRASS is concerned, and may lead to false expectations.
