Hi Martin,
The problem was that wxgui wasn't found after installation. I just copied it
under /scripts/ and now it works. I must say I like this new GUI a lot; nice
work.

The configure switches --with-python and --with-wxwidgets are required
only for wx-based vector digitizer, not for wxGUI itself. What error
exactly?
