Apparently your GRASS installation is not built with SQLite support.
grass manual wrote follwing message....: GRASS is automatically
creating the SQLite database if it is not yet existing.

But I find only dbf holde under PERMANENT directory... Why is not
sqlite.db made ?
Do I need to install sqlite for cygwin ?
My grass environment: Cygwin grass62
You would need to rebuild GRASS against SQLite I guess.
