I was wanting to combine multiple GRASS vectors into a single
multilayer vector. This must be something obvious that I am
overlooking. Does anyone know how to go about this from within GRASS
(i.e., without exporting and importing again)?
Thanks,
John

I'm pretty sure that v.append is no longer needed. v.patch will now
combine the attribute tables of vector files. I suppose that we
should get rid of the link, however. Thanks for the info.

Michael,
I was surfing for some vector solutions and noticed your v.append
script is no longer found with the GRASS wiki link on this page:

Thanks,
