You will have to be a bit more specific. Which "System Cadastral" are
you speaking about ?
There are many cadastral systems around the world. Historically, many
are only locally referenced systems using salient reference points
(church towers, etc), so you cannot easily transform them into a global
projection system. Many countries are now moving to global projection
systems for their cadastral information.
So, it really depends on your data, where it comes from and what it
contains, but you might have to geo-reference it with an existing UTM
map as a reference.
