Hello,
I am using i.pca and i.cca for terrain analysis.
As I want to understand the influence of each of the input parameters, I need some information of the output. The eigenvector-info (r.info map=my.pca.map) gives the weight of each of the input maps composing the new pca map.

But where get I the eigenvalue of each of the of the principal components?

Afterwards I run i.cca on them, for better separability of distinct areas. I have the correlation matrix of the pca, but how do I get the information on the cca?

I hope I explained myself...

Best regards

Manuel
