Hi, I have imported a shape file of Central Europe with central european characters (using v.in.ogr). Shape file had been output by arc info GIS running on windows OS. When I display the imported file in GRASS, the CE characters are missing. Is there a way to solve the problem and display the missing characters correctly? Or, at least, "translate" them to ASCII, so that I get the names without diacritics?
