you can find a set of mcda modules in
https://svn.osgeo.org/grass/grass-addons/raster/mcda/. I've implemented
ELECTRE, REGIME and Fuzzy (Yager) multi criteria method. There is also a
module named r.roughset for rules extraction and map classification
based on rough set theory.
