Hi Zahid, I think that GRASS can do it, but if your interest is on Species Distribution Model, I suggest you (1) give a look on a specif solution for this (OpenModeller is a good starting point) an d (2) see the page of Tomislav Hengl - http://spatial-analyst.net/wiki/index.php?title=Species_Distribution_Modelling
