Hi,
any pointers to customise GRASS such that
1. Net work analysis portion is only taken on a preloaded map
with only a few functions to record, populate data and perform search
operations.
2. This is necessary to install systems which start with a vector map on screen
for stright forward interaction, to collect data for police / traffic
information, such that easy acquaintance can be given for working knowledge.
