Using the new ASTER DEM data it seems to me that the resolution is good
enough to show the elevation of the road surface on bridges crossing a
riverbed. I see some places where the delineated stream comes to a
bridge, then, instead of going under the bridge, turns 90 deg and runs
along the road to a low spot, then crosses. So the bridge is "seen" a
dam. What's the best way to deal with this? r.carve? or just locally
editing the raster somehow?
