Dear all, I would need to calculate the resulting percentile map from a large number of maps (>10000), obtaining the values for 5 and 95 percentile for each pixel. Is there any function in GRASS? I did not find anything in mapcalc. Other functions such r.quantile or r.univar provide a summarising quantile value for every map, but this is not very helpful in my case. I could use R but before I would like to try with GRASS, also because I am afraid that R would require a huge amount of memory as the raster have about 150000 pixels.
