Glad that it works in the improved i.atcorr version in GRASS 6.5. Please try out the GRASS 6.5 binary snapshot: http://grass.osgeo.org/grass65/binary/linux/snapshot/ I have just backported i.landsat.toar which is included now. We'll backport the pending i.atcorr fixes asap to GRASS 6.4.
