Not anything specific. The Snow Leopard package should work fine, mostly. The main difference and problem is Python and the wxPython GUI. The Snow package uses Python 2.6 and a Carbon-based wxPython. While it seems to work on Lion, it's possible there are hidden problems due to Carbon supposedly being stripped out of Lion (I could be wrong on that).
Lion needs a Cocoa-based wxPython, but the GUI doesn't run at all yet. So it's a work in progress.
