Any help would be greatly appreciated! for the Night on Earth images seen here, http://grass.osgeo.org/screenshots/raster.php there is: http://visibleearth.nasa.gov/view_rec.php?id=1438 more here: http://sos.noaa.gov/datasets/Land/nightlights.html I suspect you won't be able to find 100m resolution for that, but if you have a local need you might be able to reconstruct what they did with nighttime satellite images, but maybe you need a wide cumulative exposure to make it work well.(?)
