Hi,
I've taken the plunge and installed Grass-7.0 for a look. Attempting a
v.distance, I'm getting a feature type error. Here is v.info on the "to"
map:
GRASS 7.0.svn (Australia):~ > v.info MapB -t
nodes=0
points=5113
lines=0
boundaries=0
centroids=0
areas=0
islands=0
primitives=5113
map3d=0
Here's what happens to v.distance:
GRASS 7.0.svn (Australia):~ > v.distance from=MapA from_type=centroid
to=MapB to_type=point upload=dist column=Dist
ERROR: No features of selected type found in <MapB@Copy>
Since the maps were copied over from an 6.4 install, I have run v.build
on all maps.
Environment is Debian (a new install in a virtual machine).
