There are several options:
# graphical dialog
grass70 -gui
# text dialog:
grass70 -text
Or, if above is not possible, edit the ASCII file
$HOME/.grass7/rc
An another: g.mapset which allows you to switch between mapsets,
locations, and gisbases.
