Hi all,
We had the same problem with OSGeoLive due to large iso files.
FYI, we solved it by hosting the download files in SourceForge.
I think that is quite a good idea. If all downloads are directed via sourceforge, their mirror
system can be used, global statistics of downloads are available, and the size of the mirrors will
be even smaller (no binaries).
