-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi all,
I'm looking for a tool / workflow on how I can create mileage points basing on a track. I hope that's the right vocabulary here, but I'll describe what I want anyway ;-) I have a bicycle track and I want to get the points after a specified (cumulated) distance - say you start at (an artificial) 0 starting point and now I want a point on the track every 1000m or so. So you'll get a point after 1000m, 2000m, 3000m and so on just until the track ends. Is there a tool with which I can achieve what I want? Or do I have to dive into the Python interface to do this programatically? Any hints are greatly welcome, Frank - -- Frank BRONIEWSKI METRICO s.à r.l. géomètres technologies d'information géographique rue des Romains 36 L-5433 NIEDERDONVEN tél.: +352 26 74 94 - 28 fax.: +352 26 74 94 99 http://www.metrico.lu -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJS1lVGAAoJEHopqW0d1cQVl0QH/31zNZZHfrlzTmty10bY4941 mQlwNP2ouv6oKdeHpUA4D3Tx1zDikqtgxVDe8u2tO1UmW7iCzzfN5zAOZ5om/sXq JBLhegj9Dx6WvVPgpE7zTCnmdSZGE9K7QgGAuOF8bevw+gXys/qfK6HkUQgH+pzl TjT9b3AthR6k7pEUPOMWSzVXw9xH7k4gDjPtxO730gQRcKyZF3MWv8I1bMTdm+ie S6dADzaf+GtygDOyBasugAKDoU42pNOx8s4NRbqFdHIbXFX0JoRoG57WqLsTNWlN TLpiBNnk5QjZ3EeT4o8+r+kArg3enhLee/jJlzSmRaEgA66ZmSkDDO+L+ss2K2c= =9NJe -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ grass-user mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/grass-user
