Hi Josep, an update: the r.li modules have been essentially rewritten by Markus Metz in the past weeks.
The results are now identical between GRASS 6 and GRASS 7 (as it should be). In the GRASS 7 version there is also a new version of r.li.setup (called g.gui.rlisetup) which is easier to use than that of GRASS 6. It will be part of the upcoming GRASS 6.4.4 (or you take the snapshot) and it is already in the GRASS 7.0.0beta1. In case of one resulting number rather than a map, now the output is properly generated. Please give it a try, it should be all fine now.
