I emailed before re v.lidar.growing and forced closure in Windows. Following
helpful advice I can get this to run either with smaller datasets or working
with a lower resolution region setting. Any suggestions what else I can do to
work with my data at the required higher resolution? Apparently it works under
Linux (Ubuntu 14.04), but I must use Win 7.
