hello , I am new grass gis.
i have a system which is not connected to internet.for compiling GRASS
gis 6.4.3 , Can i bring all the required libraries from windows system
which is connected to internet using OSGEO4W and use in my system
which is not connected to net?or is it compulsory to have my system to
be connected to internet for installing the libraries.please suggest
me . thank you.
