at the moment i am using 7.0.1 64 bit (not more dev) on ubuntu 14.04.

//usr/lib/grass70/gui/?
In addition i have another error with i gengiset (it is unable to
produce sigfile reporting the error /'ascii' codec can't decode byte
0xc3 in position 10: ordinal not in range(128)/).

What version of grass do you use? You can find it in Help -> About system.
