Another suggestion. This, and maybe the QGIS list you wrote to, are international mailing lists, thus the official language is supposed to be English. Most of the subscriber maybe do not speak spanish. So try writing in English at the best of your knowledge, this will help the community to reply to your comments.
Eventually, before posting here your questions, be sure there's no result from a web search and no solution in software's user manual.
