Hi Stefan I tried with your data, and it works for me.
Check the output here: http://www.scientificpubs.com/data_share/s2a_b8_corr.tif.tar.gz I am running it in Ubuntu 16.04, and GRASS latest trunk version, inside a EPSG:25833 location. I will send you the other clipped data from my study area, shortly.
