Do you mean from a raster DSM?
Yes, a raster DSM which is the output of photogrammetry. The resolution
of the DSM is 25cm, so using the classic SRTM or ASTER GDEM DTM is not
adequate. The ultimate goal is an nDSM, i.e. the height relative to
ground of non-ground objects.
