Micha, It's been so long since I worked with long/lat data I could not find old references on how to define a non-projected, long/lat location. I thought the answer might be found on the wxGUI new location creation wizard but didn't see it there as an option.
BTW, EPSG 3828 seems to be a CRS used in Taiwan. Is that what you want?
