Ah, proj-epsg and proj-nad no longer exist (replaced by
proj-datumgrid* which was already listed there).
I have updated the wiki accordingly.

Can you please post your "configure" command?

I am not sure what TIFF package you are looking for. Hence I'd need to
know your "configure" command.
