[GRASS-user] db.in.ogr permissionerror: [winerror 5] access is denied

Hi everyone

     I use GRASS within the OSGEO4W enviroments.  All GRASS GIS function
works perfectly.
     I can read and write in the grass location.

     But when I came to use '' db.in.ogr", I got the following error:
      "permission error: [winerror 5] access is denied"

      Is there anyway to fix this
