Surprisingly this is a tricky thing to do in Grasshopper.

The "Area" component works not only with BReps but also with
surfaces.  The easiest way to obtain the centroid of a circular curve
would be to use the "Planar" surface component (created from edge
curves) and then get the centroid (or area) of the surface.
