seeking help with grasshopper

hello guys, i'm new to grasshopper (and parametrics for that matter),
i wanted to generate a function in grasshopper that connected points
on a grid (forming lines) by proximity, that is i clicked on the
initial coordinate and a line would be generated running through the
grid, connecting to the next (one, but preferably few points).......
