Hi Sam,

those components are loaded when Grasshopper starts (there should be a
progress bar under the banner).
If grasshopper is not allowed by windows to load custom dlls, this
will fail and the component will be missing.

First, make sure that Grasshopper is 'installed' on your local disk,
rather than a network drive. Then, if you don't see a progress bar,
please mail me a screenshot of the Grasshopper folder layout:
