David Lets make the wires selectable or referable. Sometimes when want to change a parameter component that I use to reference Rhino geometry that feeds into many other component downstream, it's rather tedious to change reconnect 25+ wires. How about a "Replace" component option? Or one can select the wires that need to be changed, then "Rewire" them to a component output?
