Hey guys,

I've tried out the last tutorial, shown below:
http://digitoolbox.wordpress.com/2008/08/14/how-to-create-a-differentiated-component-in-grasshopper/

and basically it worked really great.

But since I'm starting out with grasshopper, I'm still trying to understand
the logic of using CullPattern to control the subdivisions of the list,
individually through Boolean values of True to get a certain set of
coordinates for a particular vertice.
How does it actually work?

And of course, say for example, I have this set of vertices, how then do i
create components that would perhaps use the distance of it to an exterior
point such that the height varies?

Thanks!

Al
