Hi Danny,

if you're only looking to cull the last point, it's probably easier to
split the list at the index N-1, where N is the highest index in the
list.
I've reworked your stairs file a little (unfortunately I cannot give
you the file because I'm testing an internal version of Grasshopper
which no longer saves wrm files).
