No, I haven't added dynamic bounds on sliders because I'm worried that the value will get slapped around unpredictably. Before you know it, the value will be kicked all the way into 1e4 and then crash your computer because that slider was controlling curve-division.
If you want slide values to be conditional, then you'll have to add the result of Slider A to the result of Slider B.
