not at the moment. Grasshopper is completely unaware of any and all
Rhino object attributes. It only cares about geometry for the time
being. Layers, groups, names, line patterns, print widths etc. are all
ignored.

We'll add these at some point in the future, but I venture no
estimates on when this is going to be.
