Hi Bas,

it's because you're using Dutch localization. Commas and points are
reversed in Dutch as opposed to the 'neutral' culture.
This is my fault, Grasshopper ought to be running in an invariant
culture environment, but this hasn't been fixed yet (it will be fixed
for the next version).

In the meantime, you can enter expressions such as 1/2 to get values
like 0.5. You could also use a slider. If you type in "1/2" in the
Number menu, it will work.
