sorry, I forgot to include corner options in the Curve offset
component.
What you can do is Bake the offsetted curves (with the round corners),
then select them all and run the ExtractControlPolygon and SimplifyCrv
commands in Rhino to get back to rectangles...

The other solution is to use a ScaleNU component in Grasshopper, but
you'll have to figure out unique scaling factors for each rectangle.
