Hi David, I'm trying to use User Strings to store data in an ON object (Stuff like name, description, material etc). I have a VB component which does this and then (as a check) can pull it out again fine. However, when I then plug the objects into a different VB component the user strings have all gone walkabout. Is this theoretically achievable, and I'm just doing something dumb, or are the user strings stored in some way which is not transferable between components?
