For vb.net syntax and vb.net in general I'd look on specific vb.net
websites. It's exactly the same thing and they probably have much more
knowledge and information at your disposal than the grasshopper
community. The syntax will be the same in grasshopper, nothing changes
except that you have extra 'commands' and parameters for rhino
specific stuff. For this added stuff I'd look under the sdk wiki page
here:

Nevertheless, if you look in the files section of this website there
are several examples of looping using the scripting component.
