Right now i think a user can develop it's own components but i guess
it's not very user friendly, you've got to use the same tools as if
you where developing a plugin.

Nevertheless, they said that the 'clusters' where going to be
redesigned from the ground up. Hopefully, they will probably be able
to behave more like second tier components. I second the idea of this
'gallery' of user created clusters when this becomes available.
I once proposed that grasshopper could have two levels of components,
a few (fewer than there are actually now) 'core' components and the
rest second tier components created from the core components that
could be edited in the grasshopper canvas (i don't think David liked
the idea though).
