Hi, I import SAT files directly in revit. I saw a tutorial where the
guy was going through autocad (rhino->acad->revit) citing import
issues with rhino's sat file, but I haven't had any trouble with revit
2009. I think these two software packages compliment each other really
well for architecture.

About your original question, I don't know about tutorials but the
grasshopper wiki on this site explains the essentials pretty well.
There are also lots of examples.
Search for 'video tutorials' in this forum, there are several websites
with video tutorials, some people find them most useful when learning
new software.
