Wanted to raise the flag on this apparent bug: I thought i'd be smart and componentize some "mini-definitions", save them as their own files and import them into larger projects via the merge definition command. I'm running into the following problem where the inputs and outputs of the merged component get confused upon saving and re-opening the definition. I suspect it has something to do with items in the merged definition showing up more than once in the same file. Please see the following screen shots:
