this seems like it should be straightforward - I've taken closed curves, projected them onto a surface and now I want to explode them into their respective parts eg edges. The exploded sides are remaining as closed curves which is not what I would expect to get nor what I've gotten in the past. Is the problem in that these curves were projected? They are consequently not planar - could this be a problem?
