Hello,
I'm new to grasshopper.
I am working on a little project in the program but i have become
stuck.
I have a number of circles in grasshopper that are set up to enlarge
and contract as they move away/towards a grid of points in front of
them.
The grid is positioned of the y,z plane. All the circles are
positioned on the y,z plane and move towards/away from the grid along
the x plane.
I would like to create a surface between/around these circles, that is
attached to the circles. So when i move one of the circles back or
forth it will pull the surface with it and can deform it.
Eg a flat surface, with the circles attached, which can be manipulated
in different directions when the circles are be pushed and pulled
I have tried lofting the circle, but this creates a tube like loft
between them instead of a surface around them.
I have also tried dividing the circles into point and trying to make a
surface from these points, but again i couldn't achieve what i wanted.
Are there any suggestions for how this might be done?
Many thanks,
Sonya
